WHAT THIS TELLS US
Hamilton currently rates poorly against
the Ministry of Civil Defence’s emergency
capability criteria. We are aiming to improve
signifcantly over the next 10 years. To
improve we will undertake a full assessment
of our emergency management operatons
this year, employ a civil defence co-ordinator
and develop a crisis management team.
