Fees for a number of Council regulatory functons will go up, in line with other services.
Much of the work undertaken on city safety, such as dog registraton and issuing building
consents, is fee-based. by increasing these fees we will reduce the cost to ratepayers
by more than $1 million.
Increase dog registraton fees over three years.
